SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, All orders are sent out via Royal Mail, you can choose from first class or recorded delivery from the drop down menu at checkout.

We offer international shipping, your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, International postage can take up to 28 working days to reach its destination depending on the country, for more up to date delivery times please email us at altarcollective@gmail.com before placing an order.
Deliveries outside of the UK may also be subject to import duties and tax (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. Altar Collective are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you haven't received your order within 10 working days (UK) and 28 working days (Rest of World) please contact us at altarcollective@gmail.com and we will look into it for you, unfortunately if the parcel has not been shipped as tracked, we can do very little about it.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order as long as the item is unused and still in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs and we recommend a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.
In the event of an order arriving damaged please email altarcollective@gmail.com with your name and order number and any pictures of the damaged item and we will address the issue fully.
