Sage Bundle

A sage bundle, also known as a smudge stick, is a tightly bound bundle of dried sage leaves, often used for ceremonial, spiritual, or cleansing purposes. The practice originates from Indigenous cultures in North America, where burning sage was part of sacred rituals for purification, protection, and prayer.
How to Burn It:
Light the tip of the bundle until it catches fire.
Blow out the flame, allowing the sage to smolder and release smoke.
Move the bundle around the area or object you wish to cleanse, often using a feather or hand to guide the smoke.
