Imbolc Celebration, Friday 31st January
Imbolc is a traditional Celtic festival that marks the midpoint between the winter solstice and the spring equinox, typically celebrated on February 1st or 2nd. It is one of the four major Celtic seasonal festivals, along with Beltane, Lughnasadh, and Samhain. Imbolc is deeply tied to themes of renewal, light, and the return of life as winter begins to wane and the first signs of spring emerge.
Imbolc serves as a time to reflect on the potential for growth and renewal, both in nature and in personal life, and to honor the cycles of the Earth.
Come and join us for a wonderful ritual evening where we will honour the goddess Brigid. During the ritual we will open a circle and call in the quarter guardians, share libations and perform Spellwork. We will then end the evening with food, drink and good company.
